Privacy policy
Effective from 6 September 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Klucz i Sól Nieruchomości – Angelika Błaszczak, ul. Dworska 27A, 80-506 Gdańsk, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 9532652392 (“we”). Contact for data-protection matters: angelika@kluczisol.com. Enquiries from abroad are handled personally by Andrzej Woynarowski, andrzej@kluczisol.com.
2. What data we process
Contact form — name, e-mail address, phone number, country and the content of your message, exactly as you enter them.
Aggregate, cookie-less statistics — page path, the country your request comes from (as reported by our hosting provider), the language of your browser and the date. No IP address, no cookies and no identifier of your device are stored for this purpose.
Marketing cookies (only with your consent) — Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag record which pages you visited, your approximate location and a browser identifier, so we can measure our advertising and reach people who visited this site. If you choose “Only essential”, neither tool is loaded and the site works exactly the same.
3. Why and on what legal basis
Answering your enquiry, arranging viewings and preparing an agency agreement — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (steps prior to a contract; our legitimate interest in responding to people who write to us).
Measuring advertising and tailoring our communication (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) — exclusively on the basis of your voluntary consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time (section 8).
Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Automatic translation and confirmation
Messages sent through the International form are automatically translated into Polish so that our team can read them in full. The translation and a short summary for the team are produced by the Claude model of Anthropic PBC (San Francisco, USA). The model only describes your message to us; it never answers you. The confirmation e-mail you receive after sending the form is a fixed template. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through its API is not used to train models.
5. Who receives your data
We use the following processors and partners:
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosting of this website and of the form handler,
- Supabase Inc. — database in which enquiries and property files are stored,
- Resend Inc. (USA) — delivery of e-mails (the message to our team and your confirmation),
- Anthropic PBC (USA) — automatic translation, as described in section 4,
- FormSubmit (USA) — a backup route for the form, used only if our own service is temporarily unavailable,
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — Meta Pixel (only with consent; for event data we act as joint controllers with Meta),
- Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Ads tag (only with consent).
6. Where your data goes
Some of these providers are located in the United States. Transfers take place only with the safeguards required by the GDPR: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses otherwise. For visitors from Switzerland the same safeguards apply under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP); the countries of recipients are those listed in section 5.
7. How long we keep your data
Enquiries that do not lead to further contact — 12 months. If an agency agreement follows, for its duration and 6 years afterwards (limitation period for claims). Aggregate statistics contain no personal data. Cookie data — according to the settings of Meta and Google (website audiences up to 180 days).
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). Write to angelika@kluczisol.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office, uodo.gov.pl) or with the authority in your own country.
9. Cookies
